IRS "Get My Payment" Portal Available for
Stimulus Check Updates

The Internal Revenue Service
Get My Payments portal is now live for
individuals to log on and view the status of their
economic impact payment. The IRS began issuing
$600-per-person EIPs last week via ACH and also
began issuing paper checks, which will continue to
be sent through the month of January. 24/7 account
access is available with our online and mobile
banking services.

New Debit Card Security Feature - We May Be
Texting You To Confirm Card Activity

Beginning September 23rd, State Bank will launch
a new security feature to protect accounts with
debit cards. If we suspect fraudulent ATM or debit
card use, we will be texting you to validate the
legitimacy of your transations. All automated texts
will come from automated short code 37-268. To learn

Equifax Announces Data Breach
September 8, 2017
Equifax reported a data breach that could
potentially affect 143 million U.S. consumers. The
credit bureau said criminals exploited a website
vulnerability to access certain files from mid-May
through July. Information accessed during the
breach, which was discovered in July, includes
names, Social Security numbers, birth dates,
addresses, driver’s license numbers, credit card
numbers and certain dispute documents. More

Transaction Cutoff Times To Be Extended at State

Effective February 1, 2017, the transaction
cutoff time at State Bank of Missouri and The State
Bank will be extended from 2 pm to 3 pm. All
transactions made after 3 pm will be credited on the
next business day.
